1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from XinBro Plus. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are custom-made, personalised, or part of giveaways or livestream promotions are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom items, including Mahayant and any products customised based on your birth details, name, or energy profile.

  • Customised amulets or bracelets.

  • Livestream giveaway or lucky draw items.

  • Discounted or clearance products.

  • Items with natural crystal variation (as each piece is unique).

All personalised and energy-customised creations are considered final sales and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled once an order is confirmed.


4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, transaction charges, and administrative costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact maxandronshow@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the defect.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
We are not liable for items lost in transit.
